On September 2021, representatives from TNO and Veridos gathered in the Netherlands to perform a second round of field tests on the D4FLY advanced solutions for document analysis contributed also by UoR, VTT, OVDK, BPTI and HHI.
Document expert professionals from Netherlands’ Document and Identity Investigation Office (IND) had the opportunity to trial at their premises in Zwolle an updated version of the D4FLY breeder document analysis. More specific, on 6-7 September the IND people tested the system for breeder documents at the details level and at the tactical level. Significant progress was noted on the efficiency of the tools in automatic detection, matching and registration of details, such as stamps and in rule-based, as also data-driven anomaly detection. Valuable feedback was collected to drive the design of the final version of the tools.
The final demonstration of the D4FLY tools for advanced document analysis is planned to take place in the Netherlands, on March 2022.
